After graduating cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2003, he joined the law offices of Ouellette, Deganis, Gallagher & Ward, LLC in Cheshire, Connecticut. In 2006, he formed the Law Offices of William P. Burns Jr., LLC in Naugatuck, Connecticut.
He has represented clients before the Superior, Appellate and Juvenile courts of the State of Connecticut as well as various administrative agencies.
